The store sells you cheap furniture at high end prices, then they offer you warranties that are completely useless as the company will not honor the warranty and state the damages are normal wear and tear. I made the mistake once of buying from this business and I rather spend extra money at the Ashely's.
Where can we start. We originally went to Ashley furniture showroom looking for living room and dining room furniture in Brunswick and after seeing what we wanted we ran to 22 furniture gallery. Came in with my wife and they handle everything we needed especially being very very competitive on price. Since I'm a Staten islander they offered me shipping as well. There turn around time was prompt and very professional and we were very happy with the installation as they helped us move our old furniture down stairs. Very courtesy and friendly. this is the worst place to do business, please be warn! purchase a set of living room chairs from here, and a coffee table. items wasn`t deliver until 2 weeks later, upon which one was damage call the store, and they said they were going to come and get it to replace it. they did not show up for up to a week. came got the chairs and was to return the chair. its been a week and no chair. rude manager, will be nice until purchase is over. dont go there!!!!!!!
